Allied Health Assistant

My name is Emerald and I am the Allied Health Assistant (AHA) here at Unearth QLD. I am also completing my speech pathology degree at ACU which helps me to use my skills and interests in the areas of speech, language and communication. This, as well as my previous experience as a gymnastics coach, helps me to provide additional speech and occupational therapy supports with clinical supervision.

I thoroughly enjoy working with people throughout all stages of life and enjoy bringing a fun and creative approach to sessions. I look forward to meeting you in session or around the clinic.

I am a passionate Occupational Therapy student prioritising a joy-filled life. When I'm not at university or work I love baking, watching intense thriller movies and hiking to explore the outdoors.

I'm an interior architecture student who loves to create and design. Some of my favourite things to do in my spare time are; spending time with friends, watching football (soccer) and going on runs. One of the reasons I love working at Unearth QLD is because we have such a strong sense of community and we all care for one another.

I’m Amy, a mum of two young girls and a dog called Peanut! In my spare time we love to go to the park or the beach, and go on road trips to explore different places.
